Unemployment is a major issue in the developed world as well as undeveloped countries. The reason for unemployment in under developed countries is due to the lack of development of trade and industries, however, in the developed world it is due to technological advancements. Robots are taking the jobs in the developed world.

If you are unemployed, no matter where you live (developed country or underdeveloped country), the only way to tackle this issue is through self-employment. So, how do you create self-employment?

If you have professional skills, you can become self-employed. Professional skills means skills that you earn you money for example, writing, web designing, graphic designing, video editing, etc. If you do not have any professional skill, you can enroll for skill development courses.

If you already have professional skills, you will have to seek employment opportunities form job platforms like Fiverr or Upwork.

You can also try building online business, if you don’t have any idea about how to do it, you can learn online.

I don’t think unemployment should be an issue anywhere because with the evolution of the internet making money has been so easy. If someone is unemployed, there are only two reasons, one, he/she do not have any skills, and two, he/she is too lazy and afraid to start. If you do not have work, try building skills and knowledge. These days it is really easy to build skills and knowledge, all you need to do is spend a couple of hours on youtube every day for a couple of weeks. If you mean employment as in a traditional sense, for example working in the workplace, the reason for unemployment is lack of jobs. There are not enough jobs means there are not enough industries and businesses to work. Even if there are enough businesses and industries and you can’t find job, it could be because there is an economic recession in the country and they are not hiring.

The fact is and still remains that very little people are getting employed in both developed and under developed countries as the days go by. Like you said, the only way to tackle unemployment issues is through self employment. One should learn and develops skill in which one can earn from and also use as a steady source of income.

Unemployment is a dilemma that so many people face as they enter the job market. With all of the competition in today’s day and age, it can be very difficult to find a job that would allow you to live the dream without having to worry about other things. With technology at our fingertips, it seems like there should be more opportunities than ever before. However, this is not true and unemployment is still a danger for anyone trying their hardest to find work.

There are various ways to tackle unemployment issues. Some of them include:
1. Implementing a careers advisory service
2. Involving employers, who can provide work experience and apprenticeships
3. Providing placements in the community (such as volunteering)
4. Encouraging networking opportunities
5. Negotiating income support packages with job centres or employment services

In conclusion: unemployment will always exist, but it's up to us to find solutions that don't make it harder than it already is for the unemployed to look for work.

Unemployment is one of the greatest challenge affecting the world, there is actually no country that is fully employed. That is no country has zero level of unemployment. Government at various level are faced with this challenges. Solving the problem of unemployment is not in the hand of the government alone but this should be solve by both government and the private sector or major actors in the country. There are several way hat we can use to reduce unemployment among youth in the society.
Skill acquisition for all youth start from the elementary class to high. Government should promote skill acquisition in the elementary schools up to their high school.when the government is able to engaged the younger one and equipped them with one skills, it will help to cub the problem of unemployment as those with the skills will be able to use their skill and create job for themselves.
Another good way to reduce unemployment is by giving financial aid to the able body and create a conducive environment for business to grow . when government are ready to support the youth with financial help, this will help them to be engaged in one line of business to make profit for themselves and also grow the economy.

The simple rule is that if you are unemployed you need to get yourself employment whether with the government, private companies or be self employed.

This is the only solution to unemployment there's no need sitting around and waiting for manna to fall this will be wishful thinking

The truth is that unemployment is a global issue as such people need to look for different ways by which they can make money whether it be part-time or full-time but it is all about getting yourself a job to make money. Good enough one can make money online now so if you have tried offline and it isn't working then you can try online and see where you can fit in to make money. There are different ways of making money both online and offline and it'll be good to make your research and pick one that you can mentally and comfortably do.

There's a lot of advice out there on how to tackle unemployment. Here are a few things that might help:

1. Don't give up. There will be days when you feel like quitting, but if you can stick with it, you'll find your way back. Just keep going!

2. Don't let other people tell you what to do. You need to be in charge of your own life. Your parents and friends can give you great advice, but they don't have the experience or insight that only comes from having been through the process themselves.

3. Stay positive and have a good attitude about everything that happens in your life. You always have control over how you choose to react to an event or situation. so make sure your response is one that makes sense for YOU!

The thing is that unemployment can happen at any time and to anybody it is always good that in life one should always expect the unexpected because I have seen some people that just went to work and got their sacked later that day unexpectedly so this is to show that anybody can be a victim

So the way out is always to brace up instead of feeling very down you need to stay positive knowing that there are other jobs for you .

it is for you to start applying and find out the jobs that are available for you to do so I totally agree with you that they should not give up. there is no need of trying to downplay yourself by giving up or doing something harmful to yourself or letting the depression take over your life. A job loss doesn't worth your life you need to stand up and go for a new job.

Being unemployed is a very BAD thing to happen to anyone. Like you are just staying at home after everyone has gone to work. Probably you have to depend on parents for the basic things you need. I have been there. Just stay strong and don't give up. You can work into any organization around you and tell them you want to volunteer.

It was like that for me. I went to a bulding site and told them I wanted to work. They just laughed at me. An unemployed person can go online and advertise thebakill he/ she has. Who knows someone might find Hus skills used enough to consider hiring him.

The person can volunteer to do cleaning works for people in his neighborhood. Who knows? Someone might want to help him. The worst part is to completely come home and stay idle. Just explore , something would come up.

One of the government's tasks in overcoming unemployment is to advocate for entrepreneurship, there are even many job training centers available. The government also provides loans for small entrepreneurs with very low interest and business financial assistance, but there is no financial support for working online. In our forum, there are also lots of ideas to start independently, there are lots of free courses out there.
