You might experienced change orders and this makes you miss deadlines which will cut into your profit. it can very annoying too and if you don't put your emotions in check you can be brutal with the person that cause this.

it can be emotional draining when you know that you are racking up bills and you have to borrow money outside to do the funding, the pressure will mount to complete the project so you can payoff the loan and expensive interest rate. All of these will keep you emotionally exhausted as you can't rest property until you have sold the property to pay off your debt.
