When it comes to settling conflicts among employees as a manager or director you have to be intelligent and also a good communicator.
This involves creating or providing a sound communication time to let them talk about their work affairs, always make sure you understand the root of any problem that comes, as a manager your immediate response to any issue in the company is important.

Problems due pop up between two employees in a company, and sometimes they can't handle it alone, and that's where the managers presence is needed, as a manager these are few steps to use when you employees can resolve their conflicts among themselves.

1. UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM: always know the cause of the problem, this will help you quickly find a solution

2. ALLOW THEM TO TALK: they all have something to say, so is important you listen to them.

3. BRING THEM TO AN AGREEMENT: don't just let them go without an agreement.

4. FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM: after listening to them you come up with a solution to keep them going together.
