Nice one, in as much as it is necessary for us to get our self attach to real estate agents and expert it is also very important for us to be careful with them because some of them may not really be trusted, They know obviously that we are novice they might decide to used that opportunity to exploit us for financial gains.. if you can be able to get a trusted real estate agents that can be able to help you sell your property at a reasonable price then that is the best but if you can't be able to get a trusted with it is better for you to do everything on your own. I have my reasons for saying that.
