How To Reduce Examination Stress

Stress during examination is very common among students. They want to give their examination with very low stress, with fresh mind and finally acquire higher percentage. They need to follow these things:

Pray For Their Success :
As Praying for their success bear much more importance, more than our thoughts and expectations, we don't know what is next going to happen with us whether we'll be able to even give examination or not.

Prepare Well In Advance :
Instead of putting things for last days just before exam date we need to prepare well in advance this act will give its effect directly on the main cause generation of stress and so we started feeling relax.

Sleep Well :
In my view instead of studying till late night or whole night we need to take complete rest in night and wake up early in the morning and after prayer start studying.

Avoid Stress Provoking Factors :
We have greater experience that some people provoke our stress as they talk in the way which finally gives us too much stress, so during examination it's better to avoid them.
