It's a tough pill to swallow, but quitting your toxic work environment is the only way to make sure you're getting the most out of your career. A toxic work environment can be anything from a stressful boss or co-workers, to an office that isn't providing you with the tools you need to succeed.

Whether you're already in a toxic situation or are just starting out, here are some tips on how to quit a toxic work environment:

1. Talk to someone who has been where you are and is willing to help!

2. Try taking some breaks when things get tough. even if it's just for 10 minutes at lunch or after work.

3. Make sure that if there's anything about your job that frustrates or stresses you out about, talk about it openly with your manager so they can address it as soon as possible.

4. If possible, try finding another job within management at least 30 days before making any drastic decisions like quitting without notice or resigning from the company altogether!

Productivity in any work environment will be very low and sometimes the person involved can be frustrated or depressed so it is always good to find ways to avoid such environment it might not personally be about leaving the job I think that should be the last straw but it is good to take some steps and see if they can help stay a little longer in the work environment.

I know some humans can be very toxic right from the Superior, the boss to other coworkers some human beings just have the tendency to bring out the worse in the other person and when or if you are not a toxic person it becomes very difficult for you to relate and sometimes very hard to handle the situation but the thing is that if you have tried other methods to enable you stay and in the workplace and it isn't working it might just be time for you to quit for your mental l health.
