How to manage the loss of patronage from a client.

There is a saloon in the compound I stay. I just recently moved in there and the knee-jerk reaction was that I would be having my hair done in that saloon. I tried it out at first, but the service was poor, and my hair was not properly done. I kept on giving this saloon trials up to 6 times. After I got fed up, I switched to another saloon on the same street. From the first attempt, that new saloon was good and they have been good ever since I have been patronizing them. The challenge is that the owner of this saloon in my compound is very angry with me and has even stopped greeting me.
If I were him, I would have walked up to the client and asked him/ her why he/ she is no longer patronizing me. From there, I see what I can do to improve my services. Sentiments and emotions don't run a business.
