Negative reviews can make you feel bad about your service or product, I think as a business person, being stoic is crucial you should look at everything with a rational glass, if people are constantly saying negative things about your product or services, it is high time to do something about it, there are different ways to fix things, it might mean revamping your website or your offers whatever it is.

If you do not do anything about it, competitors will sense it and use it against you, some customers leave negative review because they are neglected so you might start to make your customer service robust, I think you can compete in any market by just having a good customer edge.

Negative reviews happens in any business, no business is perfect but even at that you should strive and fix those thing people are complaining about and always listen to your customers.

It is basically one thing for a brand manager to initiate a brand or to manage a particular brand of a particular product and it is one thing for him or her to manage and administrative reviews of what members of the public think about a particular product branding. Brand management is absolutely a crucial activity of most business organisations and majority of business organisation and absolutely fell when it comes to management of comments as well as reviews of targeted audience based on a particular product brand. It is absolutely expected that some of the comments and reviews of members of the public as well as targeted audiences may not be good and audible to the ear. Hence it is advised that a brand manager should take these comments and reviews although negative they may be, it is advised to view this reviews or comments as part of their branding algorithm.

The business manager should honestly reply and respond to each comment positively and also comment the commenter for his or her feedback and possibly do well to upgrade in any way that upgrades should be done.
