Managing your business can be really hard because almost each and every kind of business requires your complete attention. Moreover, in some cases, you may not be able to manage your business when you are present. This is because certain kinds of businesses are much more hard to manage as compred to a few businesses that might not require your attention. This is why managing your business can be a challenge when you are not present at the location where you conduct your business. I think the only way to manage such kind of business is to hire a person who is truly sincere with your business. Finding trustworthy people is one of the most difficult aspect of managing your business when you are not present. It might be hard to find honest people nowadays. However, indeed, there are many people who would be sincere to you if you pay them well. People might actually get more interested in the job if they get paid and they will also be honest. i know paying good money would not guarantee anything, but it might at least motivate the employee to be honest.
 
@Good-Guy I know that it can be very hard to see someone who is trustworthy nowadays. Because no matter how bad it is we are still going to see some people who are trustworthy to some extent. And that is the reason why I said the business owner must put a system in place to checkmate those people anytime they want to start doing bad thing with the business.
 
This is the major reason why business owners should be thinking of digitalising their business. This will reduce the problem of having to be looking for a good representative which may not even exist in many cases. Most will only divert the profit if not even claiming the business later.
