All business owners always look out for new customers, but the issue isn’t getting them but maintaining them. When you maintain your customers, you turn them to loyal customers. So you need to work on yourself and business to achieve this. You should consider doing the following at all times

  • Be very customer-friendly, you lose customers when you are harsh
  • Stock-up your business with quality products
  • Don’t be greedy let your price be reasonable
  • Always have incentives for your customers, reward them with discounts, bonuses and gifts when necessary
  • If you can teach them how to use some products and select the products that will help each the most for them
How else do you think a loyal customer can be maintained?

You have said it all. The importance of treating customers with utmost respect can never be over emphasised, especially where there is high competition. It will help also to get your customer to refer their friends who may be in need of any service that you are rendering to the public. Some do not understand this, and they lose out always.

there are strategies used by some business owners in order to keep and maintain their existing customers and also soliciting for more customers. The main reason some businesses fail is because they don't know how to keep their customers and also solicit for new ones. Prompt services, quality products, winning the confidence of the customer, by remaining honest and positive we can win the hearts of the customer. Good communication, giving attention to customers complain and render a solution to customers problem is the major thing to be done. Then, giving out of promo, gifts can also really help to gain customers loyalty to product.

Our customers is meant to be taken as priority, they are the reason why we are still in the hunt for profitability course in our respective business initiative. Without customers inflow, i don't think their is anything that will make us to succeed in our business course to making the expected sales. So we should always treat our customers like golden jewelry to put smiles on their faces whenever they patronizes us.

Yeah I think other means is to provide a good relationship with them by providing them after sale service, because that's another method to keep them also offer them support and most times bonus for buying your product and other additional service to them I think it will make them want to purchase your products continuously I think.

For me, the 1st point is the most important. When you are friendly with the customer your shortcomings can be forgiven like a delayed delivery or a defective product that you sold. I have experienced customers who were very accommodating even if we made mistakes in the products that they bought from us. The key is the relationship that we had established with them.

Different ways to maintain your customer especially those that patronize you well, mini customer like it when you call them by their names, so it is important to know your customers by their names because this will make them feel among,you can also sell your goods to your customers in a low rate not always going for too much profit.

To maintain your customers you will have to spend to keep them..... Spending, not literally giving them money directly but through promotions, bonus or discount and the rest. I think people like free things lol. With all these I think all your customers will stay with you like glue lol and continue to patronise you.

These are nice strategies to win over customers. Many people don't know that customers are always right. No matter how provocative a customer may be, don't be harsh with them. A man sold less than $2 for a customer and she returned it the following week, she was expecting the seller to be rude or even reject the goods but he didn't and even refunded the money. Alas, this marveled the girl and linked a customer that bought goods that worth more than $500. You don't knw how many customers you are losing by being harsh.

The best way to maintain customer is by giving such customer good attention anytime such customer patronize you.You cam also discount your market prices for such customer knowing fully that you are doing him a favour.Such customer will not want to leave or abandoned such business fellow.
