All business owners always look out for new customers, but the issue isn’t getting them but maintaining them. When you maintain your customers, you turn them to loyal customers. So you need to work on yourself and business to achieve this. You should consider doing the following at all times
- Be very customer-friendly, you lose customers when you are harsh
- Stock-up your business with quality products
- Don’t be greedy let your price be reasonable
- Always have incentives for your customers, reward them with discounts, bonuses and gifts when necessary
