Getting a job is a very difficult thing so to speak. In my country for instance the job seekers must have the required qualifications and connections to get the job opportunities. Sometimes one may be needed to pay for someone for them to be given the jobs.
While getting employment seems very hard, it's worthwhile to maintain on your present job position as many job seekers hunt that position so much.
The working environment on your workplace might not be favourable at all but you should endure the situation by continuing working there until you get another job offer before you quit on the existing job.
