You need to know how to handle employee performance review as an employer. After all, this reviews an important part of the performance management process. Yeah a few tips to keep in mind:

Thirdly you have to be constructive. The goal of a performance review is to help the employee improve, so be sure to give specific and actionable feedback about the reviews. Finally you need to be positive. Even if the review is mostly negative try to end on a positive note. This will help motivate the employee to do better in the future.
