Career building is very important in ones live. For you to live a meaningful live, you have to know what you are best in and try to work towards it in other to bring out your best and to make impact in the society which you live in. A person without a career is that person that is living a meaningless life, a life of disgrace and useless life. This is because everyone is created to make impact in one way or the other. Therefore it is of Paramount importance for a person to build his or her career. The following are some ways which will help you build your career.
1. Acquisition of knowledge: for an effective career building you need to acquire a lots of knowledge in that area that you find joy. For example if you like teaching, you have to go through institution of education so as to help you develop the skills in you, for to you perform effectively in that profession.
2. Puting into practice the acquired knowledge: it will be of waste the knowledge you acquire if not put into practice because practice makes perfect.
3. Consistency: you need to have the spirit of continually , in the sense that you do that thing over and over again. Paid or not, you need to continue doing it by so doing you will build a solid foundation to your career. They are a lots of ways to build our career you can do well by adding yours. Building career is not a day job. In fact, it must be pre planned right from the earlier stage. This will facilitate much passion and knowledge about it. The following are some steps that we need.

We need to really be sure whether we have passion for the career we intend to choose. There is need for total convinction that we truly have passion for the career that we want to choose.

After the total convinction, there is need to seek the appropriate knowledge that partains to the career that we choose. There is need to have much knowledge because the more knowledge we have, the more chance we have for securing success with the career.

There is need for mentorship as well. There are people that are too notch in the career that we have chosen. We need them for proper guidance. We need them for proper upbringing in the career. While we can meet some of them as mentors, we can make some out role models.

Consistency is the right word that we need as we need to make sure we continue practising all what we have acquired. There is no need to worry if we don't get it right or nobody gives us audience. When we continue, we shall be heard and seen.
