Building a successful career is a dream for many people, moving ahead of the corporate ladder and gaining more experience in your niche, becoming an domain expert and eventually making a lot of money, to build a successful career you'll have to be willing to do the following

1 Work Hard: You have to be willing to go over the top for your employee and also demonstrate your problem solving skills, this will impress your employer and you'll get promoted faster.

2 Have a Good Character: Having a good character is also important, you want your employer to trust you and also vouch for you whenever the need arises, by being of good character it will make recommendation easier.
