The education field is a very good one to create a career in. If you have a degree or any other certification in education, you need now to gain experience so as to be hired.

Experience can be gained from tutoring, applying for internships or volunteering in schools that allow this. Whenever you finish your teaching jobs anywhere, ask for a recommendation letter so that you can showcase your skills to other employers.

Then always be proactive in learning teaching techniques that work for you. With years of practice, you will have teaching patterns that define you. That is what you are going to sell to the world because you have created a unique self that teaches with passion.

It is true the more you are educated the more salary you will get in the future however it is not always the case because sometimes you need to focus more time for jobs as most of people wants to employ people BAC+3 and not the one having master BAC+6 or engeneer or even doctorate because it is all question of salaries. This is the reality then people will stay unemployeed sometimes for years and work for something that is not related directly for their domain and this is why they sometimes focus for job outside the country.

There is a lot of difference if you are someone just studying for getting a diploma by the end of year or someone how loves what he studies because in several cases a lot of people just want to get a diploma and start work and doesn't care a lot about knowledge or not giving importance to the studies. There is a lot of difference if you are a teacher that just read from slides like robot or you are interacting with students and motivate them during the courses because even a student could read documentation himself so where is your role in this case?
