How to bring out the best in workers

How I wish many employers can do the above mentioned ways of treating their workers. Even when they must have read it somewhere, they will still not follow the advice especially in our Africa here. In advanced countries, people have gone past those stages as that is the normal way of their lives.

It just appalling that Africans especially Nigerians never copy the right things, because even the developed countries that we emulate treats their work force better. The laws are in place and all employers abide by them over there but here it is a different story. Employers needs to know better in the work place
