It is always good to air one views in the workplace to avoid being suppress when it comes to sharing opinions and views in the workplace
Being heard in the workplace is very important as it will enable one to state it's issues and gets it resolved. So how can you get your voice heard in the workplace.
Have Confidence in Your Own Value.
Avoid being timid and trying to be suppresd by others. You need to have the confidence to speak up and show that you want to be heard.
Ask Questions.
To be heard and know that you have something to offer you need to ask questions and use the answers to your advantage. You can also supply your own answers to be heard.
Speak up for Others.
Don't get intimidated by others. Try and always be One of the First to Speak and embrace the Skills of Introversion. Speak up for others as well.
