The workplace just like the marketplace is competitive. You might get employed the same day with a colleague but the other person keeps growing in ranks while you are in the same spot. The truth is that stagnation in the workplace is bad because it brings inferiority complex, lack of financial growth and your social class might still be low. So how can you avoid being stagnated in your workplace.

2.Be technologically advanced: Technology comes with new skills and ways of operating a previous handled task. If you want to keep being relevant in the scheme of things learn how to operate things with the new trends
3.Acquired new knowledge: Read and read more about your field and get new information and data on how things are done in the present. You would be noticed very fast when you knowledgeable on new things.
