We all know that when it comes to any business around the world, customers or final consumers has an important role to play, because without customers no business owner will be successful in his or her business.

So what are the things you need to attract more customers to buy from you?

PUNCTUAL TO WORK
This may sound funny, but to be honest punctuality play an important role in any business you are handling or running. Any business owner that opens his or a shop late will lose a lot of customers.Example, there's one woman that sells near our house, she opens her shop by 9:00am,when she opens by this time she miss lots of sales and in this way loosing customers, because students will be buying stuffs for school from 7 to 8 in the morning,and by that time she's still at home,lol.

QUALITY PRODUCTS
Selling high quality products is another tips to attract more customers, because most customers prefer quality then quantity.

BEING JOVIAL
Being jovial and extrovert with your customers also attract them to come again.I mean being friendly with them,if possible know most of them by their names,in this way you also win their attraction.

You should also ask yourself questions about your ideal customer: what do they value? What do they need? What do they want?

Once you have a better idea of who your customers are, it's important to figure out who you're not attracting yet—and why. Even if you're interested most in other customers, it's not enough to depend only on them
 
To attract the loyalty of your customers begins with how you treat and manage them , it is commendable when a business owner treats his customers and clients with respect and honour by not showing partiality in any way or the other . Partiality is said to be a customer loyalty destroyer , for example an average individual goes to a cake store to buy cake and as he was interacting with the cake store owner on the type of cake he or she wants , a rich , wealthy and most successful person enters . In many cases the business owner will immediately neglect the first customer in order to attend to the wealthy customer .

It is important to note that actions like this destroys customers loyalty . in your business you must treat everyone as equal whether rich or poor , young or old , man or woman etc . And you must practice the policy of " first come first served " in your business environment if you want to maintain the peaceful coexistence of the people patronizing you . Finally selling and rendering quality goods and services attracts customers , this is so true because no one will want to spend his or her money acquiring or buying fake product and goods which are not long lasting or efficient in what they are meant to do , so increasing the quality of your goods and services can attract customers.
 
When you provide value, customers are more likely to return and do business with you. You can attract customers by offering quality products or services at a fair price, providing excellent customer service, and establishing a positive reputation. It's also important to keep your customers informed about new products or services, special promotions, and events. Finally, make sure your website is user friendly and easy to navigate.
