A customer is an individual who buy certain goods from a shop or acquires certain services from a business. In today's world without having customers in your business the business will tend to cease. That is why there is a need to keep attracting customers to your business. There are numerous ways in which one can achieve this and some of them includes;
1. Offering new customers that come to your shop discounts. Customers love this and will tend to comeback more.
2. Reconnecting to old customers
3. Meeting new individuals and telling them what you do
4. Asking for referrals from customers who purchase goods and services from you
5. Advertising your business through mediums like; radio, television, newspapers, magazines, posters, etc
 
Your customers as I will always say, are the reason for that business you erect.
Without them, you will not get it right when it comes to getting tips for business growth.

Many people work hard to keep their business, because they know what they passed through to get that organization to what it has grown to be.
On the other hand; some people do not know the reason why they erected that firm/organization. They do not know what business is all about.


What am I saying?
If we do not try to maintain those customers, there is no need raising a business.
You must have a good and condusive environment that will draw the attention of people around and far away to come partronise you.

Also, you should be friendly to people. Try to create some kind of business-like relationship with people,so that when ever you tell them something about you making a business move,they will stand in a position of encouragement to you.


Further more; the kind of employees you want to employ to or you have already employed should be those that will enhance the growth of that company.

Also,do not try to be cunning when it comes to the business you have with your clients.
 
Mass advertising is what comes to my mind when I think about such situations it is always the preferred idea to have a wider audience of large age group so that you can advertise your product by promoting it to multi age group that helps in finding conversions better

Customers like going to places that not only have what they want, but they are also being treated like they are kings and queens, once they are able to find these feeling in your business, they would definitely keep coming back for more.
