however I feel like the best way to attract customers is how you relate with people so anytime you see a customer comes to patronizing how you relate with him and how you treat him it's very important because it can go a long way in determining if the customer will come back some other time or leave for good.

Going by my person experience I think attracting customer to a business entails one being very friendly. I know how I personally like to buy from sites or stores that the owner or attendant is very friendly. Tomorrow the person will remember that friendliness and want to repeat a visit. Another is selling at least items that are of standard quality. I hate to buy products that are substandard or expired, I see such as a waste of money and it can even be harmful.
