Having a good customer service is one of the best way to attract more customers to buy from you, because all customers deserve to be treated well, having a good customer service with respect and smartness will surely attract customers.

A lot of customers really value and prefer quality products than quantity,so having a good and high quality products can surely bring more customers to buy from you.

Customers needs to know about your business before they can decide to test it. They won't know you have good customer service or quality products until they test your services. Customer service is very important, I once stopped patronizing a business because of lack of good customer service, in this part of the world we don't really value a customer, we forgot that they're the bedrock of whatever we are selling whether a product or a service.

Most customer care representatives did not undergo good training that will enable them to handle customers, their attitude is brash and full of self. I actually can't stand them.

I think customer service representative should be put through a training before they are employed, because we see a customer service job as something everyone else can do which is not true, and the reason is, it's a line of work that requires training and time just like other careers do.

Offline business is different from online business, online can sell from any location provided been can ship products to different locations within the demographic or worldwide it is very much good to go. Not like offline where location matters to the seller.
