How to adopt the kick out clause in real estate contract

Real estate contracts are legally binding as such when a contract is initiated all parties involved must be on the same page for it to be binding unless there's a clause to it which must also be accepted by all

As in the case of home sale contingency contract, a seller can adopt the kick-out clause to be part of the contract. this gives a measure of protection to the seller against a home sale contingency contract.
 A kick-out clause gives the seller powerto continue to market the said property and even also accept offers from other buyers. So with this the seller is giving the current buyer a specific time to remove the home sale contingency but this isn't done then the seller has the right to stop the contract and sell the property to the new buyer.
