How to successfully adopt the autonomous system of leadership

it is always good to use the autonomous system of running a business which will help the employees to be unique and think outside the box to achieve different feats

it is always good for employees to be given the room to exhibit their abilities but you must still be in control to close all doors to the abuse of it. So how do you handle the situation to avoid an abuse of it


Supervise the work

Giving room for autonomous way of working doesn't confer on a worker the right to work without supervision or collaborators.So you still have to supervise their job to prevent the employees working in isolation.

Defines the boundaries

You have the duty of defining boundaries for the workers organization with high levels of autonomy does not mean the workers can do whatever they like as the employer you would have to set your boundaries to still be on top of the employee's control and decision.

Give strong, clear guidance on tasks to be carried out

Autonomous doesn't mean that employees should be left to figure out their jobs with little or no input from management but they get strong, clear guidance from supervisors on how their jobs should be done.
