The main purpose of establishing a business is to make profit and to make income and one of the biggest problem majority of business owners face in the process of making business profit and business income is that they do not know how much of their business income and profit should be allocated for for the business investment revenue which is otherwise known as a fundraising . There is absolutely no commercial textbook or possibly any commercial hand out that strictly speculate the amount of money and individual should allocate or should be allotted for the purpose of raising funds for future activities in the business organisation but what definitely matters is that if we have to allot funds for future fundraising it definitely should be of reasonable amount and value .

We must understand that a business cannot do without allocating funds possibly on various occasions . Business stock and business inventories are more likely to run out as they are being sold to customers and clients and in order to replace them money have to be involved to buy and to replace this sold stock and inventories for the purpose of reselling it to customers and clients to make more profit and more income . It is advised that after each day of making business sells your personal profit should be separated from your business income in order not to end up in some sort of complications when business stocks and inventory should be replaced for the purpose of reselling .

Like you already mention there is absolutely no commercial textbook or commercial hand out that speculate or strictly advise the amount of money from our income that should be allotted for the purpose of raising revenue to our business organisation but to be very sincere what is advised is that whatever amount of money that should be allotted from our income for the purpose of fundraising activities and practice in our business organisation so as to be able to handle for the and future business occurrence in our business organisation it definitely should be of reasonable value and considerate amount . Reasons why this should be so is that most times business problems and issues usually require a whole lot of business revenue to solve and that is why your business fundraising for further business activities should be of reasonable amount and a reasonable value so that you do not have any further complications when handling business problems and issues .

Business owners do not see this as a very good advice and that is why they end up wasting their money on useless projects that do not go anywhere to assist the upbringing of the business organisation and even if their intentions is of positive initially but in the case of majority it's always lead to failure as a result of wrong risk calculations .

There is no set threshold of what constitutes “business income” that can be used to fundraise. However, if the amount you are fundraising from is from a business you operate or from any other income, you should ensure that the donors fully understand and agree with this.

Furthermore, it is essential to consider the tax consequences of using donations to fund your business activities. Donations may be tax-deductible if they are for charitable purposes. However, if donations are used for business activities that are also taxable, such as paying employees or contractors, the tax consequences will likely be even more complex.

Always seek advice from an accountant or tax specialist before undertaking any fundraising campaign or changing your business model. This will ensure that all tax and legal issues are properly understood and dealt with.

A business owner knows when he or she is making profit or loss. As a business owner, you need to separate your profit from your initial, in order to know, if you're making profit or not. Remember, any business owner that takes all the time from the business, like the business products for personal consumption, doesn't see much of the profit. At times he or she ends up recording losses. Business products or items shouldn't be used all the time by us, we should even buy our own products using money we made elsewhere. Then reinvest our profit to make more in the future.
