Majority of individuals who claim that they are business owners usually possess negative attitudes and behaviors which of course pursue away potential customers and clients from patronizing their business. Some of these business owners possess attitudes like; deceit, dishonesty, greed, anger, bickering, and hasty words generalization etc.

As a business owner you must possess a calm and professional attitude. You must understand that your customers and clients are always right even if this statement is not fully true. You must be ready to accept any insult and any disrespect from clients and customers without retaliating.

Business owners and managers should not behave in such a way that it is detrimental to the activity of business management and ownership, the reason is because behavior and attitude plays a very important role in managing and administrating a business in such a way that it ends positive reputation among individuals who makes up members of the public or potential customers and clients to the business. Majority of business owners today who display bad habits in their respective businesses today lack managerial responsibilities and training. However these can be learnt in schools of education that center on business management and the development of good managerial skills and abilities.
