The manager can improve the yields of the organisation/ company by using their management skills and innovative tactics to achieve and deliver the most of them by doing the following;
Provision of adequate facilities-. The manager can make sure to make use of the most efficiently and Morden facilities that can help to increase the output and produce higher quality products for the betterment of the organisation.

Ensuring of proper remuneration - Here the manager can remunerate the workers (his working team) according to the Job of each staff. This can motivate the workers to work harder and therefore increase the yields of the organisation.

Provision of recreational facilities to lessen tension at work place - Here the manager can use their innovative skills to put in place facilities like swimming pools, entertainment facilities like television sets, introduction of different games and competitions on the organisations, provision of leisure time at the work place among other incentives can help the workers to achieve the set targets.

Ability is important for increasing productivity but it is not enough by itself. Ability combined with effort can increase productivity significantly. However, it is still not clear why some employees might have high ability but do not apply themselves or even have low motivation despite being capable of doing better work if they put their minds to it.
