Honestly speaking, what makes a good manager is the ability to lead by example and a good leader should also be able to communicate effectively and try as much as possible to empower their team members to achieve success or goals set by the organisation. In the same vein, It's worth mentioning that a good manager should understands the strengths and weaknesses of each of the team member very well and knows how to encourage them inorder to drive results. There are quite huge numbers of characteristics that must be possessed by a good business manager. We should know that communication is very paramount to drive results.
