Business as we know is what we invest our resources which is regarded as capital, capital to me is not only related to money or measured in monetary terms only. Ones time can also be classified as capital in the light of it. Time again they say is money.

Business is a ventures that we invest in to generate profit, we invest our hard earn money or probably we invest money we get from loans or borrowings from friends and family. Nobody will like to start a business and suffer losses rather we all want gains or profits.

Now the big question is how do we now try as much as possible to aviod losses and losing our capital. Starting a new business entails alot. How do we manage or handle a growing business in other for it to development to want we want.

What is your take on this?

Well, in handling a business, one must be careful in order for us to gain. When a business is just coming up or start growing, the business owner must take note of this followings: you must always take note your customers needs and how to satisfy them, you must control your expenditures, you must also make sure you don't spend both your profits and gains in the business. There are many more to be cautious of in order for the business to continue growing well and not fall.

Usually a business that is growing would be needing more funds. When the profit increases that means the transactions are increasing. For a retail business of products the supply would run low so that you have to add up to the inventory. Money or additional capital is the most common factor that is needed for a growing business.

Some of the necessities when a business is growing includes more capital and more labor. So one needs to find a good source of funds in order to grown the business. This could be through ploughing back profits or investing from your savings. A loan would not be bad here too since the business is already established.
