The difficulty in managing a business is determined by a variety of factors. Some of these factors include: the size of the organization, the types of industries, and the business environment.
A study by Deloitte showed that larger organizations are likely to face more difficulties in managing their businesses due to a need for more integration between departments and functions. Large organizations usually have larger budgets, which make it easier for them to afford new technologies and resources that can help with business management.
Organizations in different industries will also have different levels of difficulty in managing their businesses because each industry has its own set of challenges that come with it. For example, healthcare providers are faced with high-costs associated with running their business because they often deal directly with life-threatening conditions or chronic illnesses.
