It's simply time management. I am currently working offline on a job that takes almost the whole day, I have to leave home as early as 7am then come back as late as 7pm or in most cases 8pm. This is what I am facing currently. I am combining both offline and online works together. Most time, it is not easy at all but I just need to be motivating myself. There are many strategies that I do use in order to make it convinient for me.

First of all, it does depend on the type of online job to be combined with the online jobs. It may be difficult for me to combine an offline jobs that does take more than 12 hours from me with online jobs. For instance, banking jobs in my country does take more than 12 hours. So I do look for some online jobs that are flexible. Transcription for instance, won't take much time. And the works are not always available.

Most time, I scheduled my time to work better on weekends. I do work more on paid to post on weekends. But during week days, I only work less on transcription site. And most time, I may work on crypto to stake some coins.

In essence, it all depends on planning and the responsibility that one may face. If one is in dire need of money, there is always a way to find how to be combining the two.
