How best to not lose your customer and clients loyalty and trust.

In my previous thread posted earlier I clearly made mention how important it is for a business owner to endeavour to always keep his business and customers loyalty and trust attached to his or her business . A business organisation cannot do without the patronage from members of the public who possibly come in as customers and clients to patronize the business organisation , and because you know the importance of your customers loyalty and trust you will do your utmost and best never to lose them . It is absolutely true that some business owners and business managers or knowingly perform some activities that totally lead them to lose the trust and loyalty that they are various customers and clients definitely had for them . It has always been emphasized that it is not advisable for a business organisation to have bad customer service but rather they should replace it with an excellent customer service . Every business clients and customers despite his income rate deserve to be treated equally and not partially with contempt .

The business owner must endeavour to see to it that his business sells or renders the right quality goods and services because no client and customers will want to patronize a business that sells or render fake or low quality goods and services , because that will be so disappointing an unsatisfactory in the part of our customers and clients making up your business patronizes .
