They are are also full of antioxidants which can helps to prevent diseases and vitamins that help our body function well.
Potatoes are a good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese among others. Though not all potatoes are edible, some contains toxic chemical which are harmful to human health. Especially when their colour change to green like colour, you should not consume such Potatoes because It can cause a lot of problems to your body such as vomiting etcetera.
