I don't think anyone can drink bitter gourd juice or eat raw bitter gourd. If you want to eat this vegetable you need to cook because cooking reduces bitter taste, therefore, you can steam bitter gourd and eat it. Before eating you can season with salt, lemon juice, pepper, and other spices.
