Good and healthy skin

Hello friends. I hope you are doing well. Everyone in this world want to be a good healthy skin. It is everyone dream but unfortunately in this polluted world majority of people do not have healthy clear skin. The most important step for glowing skin is that we should drink lot of water. Water clean our stomach and also boost our metabolism. We should eat fruits. Fruits are good source of vitamins. We should eat vegetables like broccoli, cucumber, carrot, beetroot etc. We should eat apple daily. I think for best skin we should eat healthy food like we should eat salad. We should use everything organic. For glassy skin we can use aloe vera gel. We can also use vitamin E serum. We should avoid oily and junk food and fried things. We should drink ABC juice daily. I apply gram flour with yougurt in my skin and it gives very good results. Yougurt is best for good skin. We should as well as we should apply it on our skin. We can also use almond oil on our skin. If someone has dry skin then he could use rose water. A paste of gram flour and rose water is best for dry skin.
