Getting to know your employees more better as an employer.

your employees are absolutely not strangers even though some business owners may consider their employees , workers , or staffs to be a total stranger to them and they do not even think that it is their responsibility to get to know their employees , workers , or staffs more better . there is no doubt that the reason why business employ individual as employees to work under them is actually to carry out the business tasks and duties in order to achieve expected business goals and objectives but that does not mean that you should review your employees or Staffs as a stranger . it is absolutely your duty as their boss or manager to get to know each and every one of them more better you can get to know their capabilities and the ability so as to know what type of task or duty that you will be assigning to them .

it is an absolutely a inhumane and unreasonable thing if you do not know your employees by names , if you do not know the employees by names that simply means you do not care about your interest which you should care about because they are absolutely but and members of the business organisation and their interest and ideas really matters .

There is no need to doubt the fact that one of the reason why employees are employed are actually and primarily to carry out the business task and assign business duties so as to be able to achieve business goals and objectives as expected and planned . But apart from these an employee actually have the initiative and the ability to be known and notice by his employer . the employer on the other hand have the sole duty to get to know his employees and just like you have already mentioned an employee is not a stranger in a business organisation I'm so an employer shouldn't think that his employees as strangers he must be fully aware that he has the sole duty and responsibility to know his employees one by one .

It is actually commendable to see that employees that are employed in various business organisations today are actually doing their best to accomplish business goals and objectives so what then is left then for them to be admired and noticed by the employer for their good works it's absolutely pay better to get to know your employees and to extend to them some privileges that you would have been carrying as an employer because that actually shows that you have your interest in your heart and mind .

Employers must be able to establish a good relationship between him and his or her staffs. There is a lot of advantages when there is a good relationship between the employer and and the employee, it is the duty of the employer to create a conducive environment that allow friendly interaction between the staff and the management. A good working relationship between the company workers and the management will increase productivity to the maximum level. When staff enjoy a good working relationship with his or her employer, they tend to work well and put in their best. Some even see the company as one big family and so they work hard to add value to the growth of the company.
A good relationship between staffs and management will enhance a good profit for the company, when the staffs see themselves not just as a staff of the company but see themselves as part of the company, the rate of their service to the company will increase and this with have a good and positive effort on the company total profit. A good relationship between employer and employees bring out the best in them.

Well, I don't think that in a working environment it is only the employees to study the employer but the employer should do same. you should get to know each employee individually. Doing this comes with a lot of benefits. These benefits include identifying each working abilities, knowing the areas of strength and weakness for each person. knowing your employee can help you understand why they operate at the level each of them are operating, you would be able to detect the lazy ones easily and give them the solution they need. Even those in team needs to be identified to placed each on the level they deserve.

Learning about each employee in a company will need you as an employer working closely with them to discover things on your own. You can assign tasks to each and then use that to know their abilities and even their names and you can delegate your duties to each of them to test their leadership skill6. All of these will help the employer gets to know the employees well so that putting people in charge to grow the business will be very easy as the employer would know which employee will do better in a section.

Having a good relationship with your staffs is a good way to start up a successful business. A business owner who has the profit of his or her business in mind will make it a responsibility make his staffs relax and do their jobs in a comfortable atmosphere.

First of all make the environment conducive for them, make them have all they need to make production possible and easy. Create an atmosphere where your staffs can give you their opinions, tell you what goes wrong, the challenges they face for there to be subsequent improvement. Pay your staffs at the due time, do not owe them overtime, so, they don't get tires and weary of their job. When you pay them in time they get encouraged to do more and put more effort. Finding out their weaknesses to help then improve when it comes to work is also important, so nothing lags behind. Give them incentives, know their addresses, when they are absent try to find out why and encourage them when they are distressed like sick, or when they lost a loved one. Being too strict about your business sometimes wouldn't help or is not enough for your businesses progress.

Knowing your staff is not compulsory but necessary. This is one aspect many employers fail in. They see their employees as hired muscles and notting more, they can easily treat them as they feel like.
One major benefits of getting to know your staffs or employees is that it helps understand how they work and helps you the business owner in deciding who suits a particular job or task.

Many business owners don't know that the way they treat their employees is the same way they will get back in the handling of the business by the employees. If you treat people as if they are slaves, they will not produce good result or output for you in the business.
Therefore, it is always good or best for employers to know their employees very well and even take care of them as if they are business partners. Let them know that your success in the business is their own success too. Let your employees feel free to approach you when ever their is need for such.

You are right that an employee never be a stranger but when? after recruitment. To select employee we call many for interview so it is not possible that they are known to us. After selection we must be make inquiry of employee properly. For it questionnaire which we made for interview is very helpful. And for some employee police verification is also must. It is right that if called any employee with name he feels some proud.
