I like this kind of discussion but to be frank, I do not believe in this. When the medication called viagra was invented it was a heavenly gift to the older men. Now, if there are food that can increase the libido then there would be no need for the viagra that is also called blue pill. My take on the libido is the health of the person. For the men, those suffering from diabetes will have a hard time in doing sex because of the weakness of the body due to the control of the blood sugar. When the man is healthy I guess he would have no problem with the sex act even if he is 70 or even 75 according to the reported cases that I had heard from a urologist friend. That means we just have to be healthy in order to enjoy our sex life.
 
Sex to me cannot be enhanced with anything except mind game. Those fruits and foods that you mentioned without mincing words truly help in enhancing libido but can never determine the sexual performance of both gender.

There are many factors that do affect the performance of human being when it comes to sex. These factors need to be addressed first before one decides to go for this fruits. Not all factors require us to keep eating these frits especially for someone that is diabetic.

There is need to put age in the question. There is no a gainsaying that a young man below 30 may perform better sexually than an older man ceteris paribus. It will now be a waste of time asking older ages to be improving their sexual lives when they have had enough.

Thank you for sharing , This might really help but I don't really know because I've never research on this before because it is not something I am really interested now . A lot of people who are interested to increase their libido might finds the post very interesting at least if they are interested to satisfy their partners.

I also understand banana can also be good , all these things are what I came across in some online communities and website but I've never taken my time to really research on how a man can increase his libido.

In every area of Life doctors do always advise that fruit and vegetables is always the best , so as such I also believe that people that may be interested in this should rather consider to eat the fruits you have mentioned . Some fruits you have just mentioned is not really available here and people may not be able to take some of them.

I take watermelon most times but not really for this , I also take avocado but I don't really know if this really works with everyone because me I never observe how these food really increase my libido even though i have decided to abstain from sex.
