Farming is the oldest means of generating income. It is one of the ancient ways of making ends meet in the history of humanity . Going by this fact that farming as a profession is a natural way of becoming a wealthy person. All the supports required for agricultural products to thrive lies with the natural endowment from the creator.
It is just a matter of knowing the technique and the rudiments required for farming. Most times people do not deliberately go for farming as a profession or going for training on it. It is a gradual process that parent can start inculcating into the children from their childhood age as they are following their parents to farm and start learning the process.
In the olden days, mind of man was holy, people were holy, the Godliness in human being did resonated in them to the extent that it affects their life and social behaviour. However, Nowadays the devilish people are too numerous in the world, People are no more having human feelings and most of us are not concerned about the well being and welfare of our fellow human being.
Farming requires going into the thick bush to cultivate land in order to plant the desired set of crops as planned. Because fear God has reduced in peoples mind contrary to the olden days when one will walk in the midnight without any fear, People are now being orientated with ritualism, Yahoo plus, and using of human parts for money.
It is no more safe to be operating farming like the past due to insecurity in the society. Cattle farmers now move from one city to the other to feed their cow. This they do on peoples farm thereby leading to huge loss.
Farming can only be reliably practiced in an environment where there are tranquility and government has put in place measures to ensure there are adequate securities for both life and properties of both rural and urban farms where farmers are making their lives.
Government need to tenaciously draw out a very formidable security measures to be able to return agricultural business to its glory as it was in the past when the days were good.
