I personally never knew that pepper could be very profitable till I saw a friend do it. That's his core business and he is a millionaire. The thing is that he doesn't need more than half an acre of land to make such money from pepper. He harvests and markets his pepper five times a year. Anytime he doesn't find a ready market, he dries his pepper and grinds it to powder to make sure he doesn't incur losses due to no market. It is a quiet lucrative business.
