Constant changing of staff in a business organization can be likened to constant changing of teachers in an elementary school. Effect is very great upon the pupils because it will take them sometimes to get use to the new teacher. When an organization keeps changing their employees, they should be very careful the effect on the business may be very disastrous.

The constant changing of staff in a business will surely affect the business profit in one way or the other because bringing in new set of employees time to time, they will need to be the train in order to meet up with the business standard and market demands of its products and services. The cost of training and retraining of the staff will have a negative effects on the income of the business. It's good to change staff to ulsher in more ideas and innovations but shouldn't be constant, it should be done when it's absolutely necessary.

In overhauling a dying business, there is need to let go of old hands and inject fresh blood into the system. Most coys do this often and most of the time. The purpose of establishing a business is to make profits and not to satisfy employees, employees satisfaction is secondary because the business owner is expected to pay his employees from the profit the business has made and business cannot make profits without customers.

Customer satisfaction is non negotiable when it comes to doing business, most business owners will go at any length to please their customer even if it means to fire a staff.

Do you think changing staff constantly in a business can affect the business negatively?
Changing of staff is not that encouraging in a business as this would have a negative impact on the business finance. Any staff laid off would be paid any amount of money owned them before they go leading to paying extra money.

According to my own point of view I don't really believe constant changing of staff can affect the profit of the business. Constant changing of staff can only affect your customers and at that point it can also affect your business profit, but still it all depends on the kind of stuff you have if your employee better stuff than the former one it's might increase your customers and also your profit will increase, but if you employee bad stuff instead it will reduce your customer and also your profit will reduce

Yes, constant changing of staff affects business profit negatively. If your employee turnover is high, definitely profit margin will reduce. This is because there is always cost of recruitment and training anytime you are to employ someone new into the organization and these costs are match against profit generated by the organization, so the more you continue changing staff, the more the cost and the more profit too reduces.
Very beautiful submission from you, I sincerely appreciate it.

My question and focus will be the long time effect of getting a staff that can bring in the needed creativity and innovation that will drive the growth of the business. It is expensive to train a new staff to get familiar with the business though, but I also see it as an investment that will pay on the long run.

So which will you go for?
Keep an unproductive staff to avoid the cost associated with training a new staff and keep losing or go for a new staff, get them trained and make profits?

The answer to this question is business-dependent. There are one businesses that changing staff constantly affects them positively - like casual workers, company workers (production department and marketing department) and there are some other companies where changing of staff negatively affects the operation of the business. The best example here is in the case of school business, changing teachers constantly always has negative effects on that performance of the students as it is not easy for students to easily blend with new teachers everytime.

Desperate times they say call for desperate measures. If you have a dying business, you can definitely get to chop and change. But it could also be detrimental. You need some employees who have been around for sometimes and not just have new staff all around.
