The majority of the third world countries are not yet exposed to online stuffs....For example in my country, most people still believe that anything that has to pertain to anything online must be a scam or a country where some people still don't have access to smartphones, to now talk of system....Or a country where to have access to data for browsing still expensive. I think there still so much to be done.

IN the developing economy, the internet is expensive, not everyone can afford a computer or internet browsing device, therefore, digital marketing can not expand.

Their are people in the third tier countries that gave excess to desktop computers and mobile phones that access the internet with better supply. Here in my country we don't have power supply, but the use of electronic devices are rampant, almost everybody is using it. The only thing making digital marketing to be on the low, is because lots of people aren't accustomed to doing business online. They just prefer to use their devices for social medias, gambling, only few do affiliate marketing.

I stay in a tier 3 country and digital marketing is very popular here and a lot of people are making a whole lot of money from it.
