If I am correct, I think this can also be called division of labour in another words, well it is a good one because most of the companies you see out there just use people to overwork. They make one man do the work of two men or even three. This is because they want to make the same income and still do not want to spend the necessary money required to earn such profits. I do not know about other countries but This happens more in nigeria and this is because they know that the rate of unemployment is extremely high in the country so they use it to their own advantage which is not fair if is am to be asked
