Consumer satisfaction is basically when customers or clients patronizing a particular business Enterprise meet their full expectation without any complaints. Satisfaction is used in predicting business growth and development, and when a consumers patronizing a business are satisfied the business is set to make more profit and gains but if your customers and not happy about your business services you wouldn't stay in business for long.
