Consumer satisfaction is basically when customers or clients patronizing a particular business Enterprise meet their full expectation without any complaints. Satisfaction is used in predicting business growth and development, and when a consumers patronizing a business are satisfied the business is set to make more profit and gains but if your customers and not happy about your business services you wouldn't stay in business for long. That is why I am here to give you some of the benefits that comes with satisfactying your consumers:

1. Boost loyalty: loyalty of a customer is and as a result of good customer service and as a result of good patronage and I as a businessman you must try to do anything within your power to keep your customers for long term.

2: groups of audience and sales: when a customer or client is been treated nice he or she could inform his or her friends family is colleagues anyone at all to patronize you because you have good customer service and results for your audience and sales will increase which is one important thing of staying in business.

3 support during crisis: in face of crisis consumers can support your business because of the good services and customer satisfaction you give to them and you run out of business they probably will not have any other place as good as yours that is why it is advisable to treat your customers equally cuz you wouldn't know weather in face of crisis they might be the one to help you.

You could think that customer satisfaction is a priority but during the day the service performance is decreasing like for example customer service performance at 9th is not the same at 5th by the way it will be good to alternate between morning and afternoon, not the same persons coming the morning are the same coming again afternoon to guarantee the best performance all the day.

We cannot underestimate the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction. A business can only sustain itself if it has enough customers that patronize its products or services. There is no business to talk about when there are no customers. A globalized, technology-driven business environment is further adding to the pressure of providing the most satisfactory experience for the customers. It is no longer a simple matter of determining which business is providing satisfaction but rather, which business is providing the best value and satisfaction to the customer.

Besides helping a company survive, achieving customer satisfaction has many obvious and proven benefits. A satisfied customer will most likely become a repeat customer and a loyal patron. One satisfied customer can easily provide word-of-mouth advertising which, in turn, could drive the exponential growth of the business. In times of adversity, loyal customers will likely stand by your side and defend your cause and business. They can provide solid proof that the company implements the most stringent standards in the delivery of its products or services.

The major goal of every business organization should be customer's satisfaction before making money but these days making money comes first before they can even think of customers satisfaction.. but what most business owners fail to understand is that it is when a customer is satisfied, they would want to come back again and again, telling people about it.
