It is absolutely commended and congratulated when business employers and managers run their business with specific guidelines in which all business employees and business workers must endeavour to abide and observe at all times. In other words this specific guidelines are known as strict work policies, these policies or guidelines are to be observed and adhered to buy all business and organisational employees and workers and even the employer or manager him or herself as also do well to abide by this specific guidelines and that is because his or her employees are more moved to observe the organisational strict work policies only if the employers and the managers observes it as well. What major are common strict work policies is punctuality. Every business personnel whether you are a superior individual or an employer, it is absolutely mandatory that you come to the organisation very early because doing so reflect how diligent and how industrious you are, in carrying out your organisational responsibilities and duties.

Another common strict workplace policy, is literally the policy of not fighting or having a heated argument between any other employee, but if a case occurs when an employee develops hatred which leads to arguments towards another employee, the matter can be tabled to the business employer or manager, or to a more superior candidates of the business organisation.
