An estate land with an area of about ½ hectare near our home is recently bought by a real estate developer. Since November 2020, there were real estate agents who come with prospective buyers to see the location. The land is full of grass and absolutely has no improvement whatsoever. But the brokers are selling the pre-constructed townhouses. They have a map with numbered squares so the buyer can choose.
A reservation fee is required and a monthly installment can begin. Now it’s been 6 months that some buyers have been paying but the location has nothing to show. What if the construction will not begin this year? Some developers are already in hot water for that scheme of selling pre-constructed condo and townhouses.
