The best foods for weight loss would definitely come from a Keto Diet. I especially like the keto diet because it does force you to give up foods such as rib-eye, stake yet your body will become a fat-losing machine.

The way this works is during this diet you drastically reduce your intake of carbs while increasing your fat and protein consumption. All this happens in the ratio of 70-80% fat from total daily calories, 5-10% carbohydrate, and 10-20% protein. For a 2000-calorie diet, this translates to about 165 grams fat, 40 grams carbohydrate, and 75 grams protein.

This will throw your body into ketosis AND FAT will be your primary source of energy causing you to Reduce fat continuously without exercise. You guys love that part don't you.

No more ice cream, well that is not entirely true the keto diet is structure in a way that such foods can be made keto Friendly, and still taste sweet and delicious.

If you want to loss weight easily ,it is advisable you don't take fatty acids.this contain a lot of fat.eating of chicken,beef and milk will make you to add weight,even some of the drink consume are full of fat.You eat food with low or no fat.it will help you not to add weight and even help you to reduce weight.
