Papaya is one of the best fruits in the whole world. Many doctors advised me to eat this very fruit but I avoided the advice. Now-a-days, to save myself from various diseases, I feel taken many kinds of fruits. I am now in the habit of eating papaya along with other fruits. I really do feel fine after eating this fruit. I am eating green as well as ripe papaya regularly. This papaya fantastically helps our foods to digest.

Have always known papaya to be of great help both the fruit and leave helps in a lot of way in our health the fruit contains nutrient that will help in our health growth and reduce the risk of developing some kind of diseases in the body while the leave is very good for curing diseases or infection like heart problem or kidney problem, stomach ache and if you don't proper digestion and you boil the leave with water and then you drink the water rir will help in aiding the digestion faster

Even without knowing any health benefits of papaya fruits, I am so much in love with it and would always consider it anyday that I have the money to consume it. Getting to know about these health benefits would further push me into getting to consume it more than I ever did.
