Papaya is rich in nutrients and has many benefits. Papaya is a healthy fruit. You should include papaya in your daily diet. Papaya has minerals and vitamins like as zinc and magnesium.
Preventing from diabetes papaya is filled with fibers these fibers help to control the level of sugar. In these days diabetes is very common. Because it must controlling the level of sugar. You know that its taste was sweet but it is low in sugar level.
Papaya has vitamin A. Vitamin A is very good for eye. Papaya improves your vision. Papaya has high quantity of vitamins C immune system can improve with papaya.

Besides the healthy aspect of this fruit, papaya is one fruit that can be used for so many other dishes. Some years back we had a pawpaw tree at our backyard, so we had easy access to plucking pawpaw. Back then we usually use it in cooking stew, portage and various other kinds of dishes.
