It helps to reduce lower blood.garlic also helps to lower cholesterol and they help to boost immune system.it helps blood circulation it makes the flow of blood easy in the body.garlic is also used in Cooking.it makes the food we eat have great taste and also makes it delicious.garlic is used to cure some sickness or infection especially cough and cold.it is also used to cure asthma and also used for treating heart or kidney problem.some also eat to cure tooth ache And other kind of infection.one should take a minimum amount of garlic every day.also know that too much of everything is not good don't take garlic too much in excess.
