1. Onions are good for our heart health as it helps in reducing the cholesterol int the body and also reduce the risk of developing heart attack and stroke
2. It makes us to have a healthy bone because of the high calcium content in it which helps in building up our bone health
3. It also helps in boosting our our immune system because of the antioxidants that it contains which helps in making our immunity strong and also act as anti cancer properties as well
4. It is also good in the respiratory system as it helps those with asthma to be able to breathe very well
5. Onions contain vitamin E which helps in vision
